A special time, dedicated to your wellbeing - body, mind, heart & soul
Whether you already have a yoga, mindfulness and/or meditation practice, or you're just beginning, One-on-Ones are a brilliant way to take excellent care of yourself - a deeply nourishing, regular reset for your body, mind, heart and soul. I strongly recommend regular weekly lessons. Regular practice is incredibly good for your nervous system and for really integrating the many many benefits of yoga!
Pricing (1 Hour 15 minutes)
Single session: £100
3-class package: £250
5-class package: £400
10-class package: £700
How it works:
Book a single lesson directly into my online calendar: [Book Now] and pay by credit or debit card at the check out.
Or, if you’d like a package, visit the [Packages Page] to buy a bundle and then go to my online calendar, select your lesson time and at the check out, select the "use package credit option".
Please note: sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, so I can plan my teaching schedule well
Your booking confirmation email, will include your Zoom link and top tips for getting the most out of your private lessons :-)
You can also easily manage your bookings from your profile (click the profile icon in the top right corner, then go to Registrations). From there you can:
Join your Zoom sessions directly
Add your sessions to your personal online calendar
Cancel bookings (please note: cancellations are not refundable. If you'd like to re-scehdule instead, please contact me directly - a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid being charged.

You are very welcome to book a free 20-minute discovery call to find out how private one-to-one yoga sessions can benefit you personally and of course ask any questions you may have.
What to expect
I will draw on 18 years of practicing many different styles of yoga, mindfulness, meditation & self development, and 16 years of teaching a great variety of people with lots of different, unique and sometimes special needs, to find what works for you
Most importantly, this is about you loving your practice. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation can be challenging sometimes, but overall they should feel good and bring you joy, peace and a greater sense of wellbeing
We'll go at your pace, no pressure, just lots of encouragement :-)
