Package Terms (July 2026)

1. Introduction

1.1 These Package Terms apply to the purchase and use of any package of pre-paid one-to-one lesson credits ("package") offered via this website.

1.2 By purchasing a package, you agree to these Package Terms.

1.3 Purchasing or using a package does not replace or override the Terms of Service and Disclaimer applicable to the type of lesson booked; both continue to apply in full, in addition to these Package Terms.

2. Package Details

2.1 Each package specifies the number of lesson credits included, the price, the lesson type it may be used for, and its validity period, as shown on that package's own page at the time of purchase.

2.2 Credits may only be used for the lesson type stated on that package. For example, Yoga package credits cannot be used for Meditation & Mindfulness lessons, and Meditation & Mindfulness package credits cannot be used for Yoga lessons.

3. Booking Sessions

3.1 Once purchased, you may book individual lessons using your package credits via the online calendar, selecting the "use package credit" option at checkout.

3.2 Each session booked using a package credit remains subject to the Terms of Service and Disclaimer applicable to that lesson type, as set out at clause 1.3 above.

4. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period

4.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel your package for any reason.

4.2 If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you will be refunded the package price, less a proportionate amount for any session that has already taken place, or that you have specifically asked to take place within the cooling-off period.

4.3 By booking a lesson that falls within the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that this is a request for that specific session to be provided before the cooling-off period ends, and that the credit used for it will not be refundable once the session has taken place.

4.4 After the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, packages and remaining credits are non-refundable.

5. Expiry

5.1 Each package must be used within its stated validity period, as shown on that package's own page at the time of purchase.

5.2 Credits not used before the expiry date are lost, and no refund or extension will be given, except as set out at clause 6 below.

6. Disruption to Teaching

6.1 If the teacher is unable to provide lessons for a continuous period, any package due to expire during that period, or within three weeks immediately following it, will have its expiry date extended by the length of the disruption.

7. Permanent Inability to Continue Teaching

7.1 In the unlikely event that the teacher becomes permanently unable to continue teaching, or the business closes, best reasonable efforts will be made to offer a fair resolution regarding any unused package credits, though this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Transferability

8.1 Packages and package credits are personal to the purchaser and are not transferable to any other person.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Package Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these Package Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.2 This does not affect any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident, which continue to apply where relevant, notwithstanding clause 9.1.

10. Severability

10.1 If a section of these Package Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other sections continue in effect.

10.2 If any unlawful and/or unenforceable section would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the section will continue in effect.

11. Details

11.1 In these Package Terms, "we" and "the teacher" means (and "us" and "our" refer to) Holly Elizabeth Étoile, also known as Ella Étoile, trading as Serenity Yoga and providing services under this and the name Yoga with Ella, and to her representatives.

11.2 The limitations set out in these Package Terms protect the teacher's representatives, as well as the teacher.
