A calm & gentle class with relaxed stretching and a few standing postures - good for calming the nervous system, lots of hip stretches and chilled enough to do in the evening after a long day.

Nice intro level for beginners with opportunities for more experienced yoginis and yogis to go deeper. Touches on using the core throughout and gives an introduction / reminder of alignment in downward facing dog, low lunges and warrior 2.
