Deep Release - Shoulders & Hips - Peace, Calm & Contentment
We start wth a really lovely guided meditation to help you drop the weight from your shoulders, activating and cultivating feelings of calm, peace and contentment.
Moving on, we have:
- a gentle warm up including gentle but very effective neck stretches which relieve tension in the muscles and bring great relief to the whole body and nervous system.
- an upper body sequence to increase mobility and flexibility for the shoulders, upper back, chest and arms
- deep hip stretches which combine alignment and intuitive movement to maximise the benefits for your hips, psoas and groin
