Foundations of Yoga class for beginners and anyone who wished to develop those so, so valuable techniques that underpin even the most advanced practice - really excellent for developing body awareness and physical intelligence:

- Co-ordinating breath and movement

- Exploring inhalation and exhalation with spinal flexes

- Forward bend and gentle back bends

- Switching which way we breath in and breath out in relation to spinal flexes

- Introduction to Mula Bandha and pelvic tilt for core strength and back support in all postures

- Basic standing postures sequence

- Just for fun balancing sequence

- Chiil down and short relaxation
